During our classes, you’ll enjoy the peaceful ambiance of a quiet lake surrounded by nature. Each session includes a variety of exercises to enhance strength and flexibility, followed by a relaxing cooldown period. The pristine environment and guidance ensure an exceptional and refreshing workout experience. Join us for a fitness journey that combines the beauty of the outdoors with the benefits of a comprehensive exercise routine!

 

 

SUP Fit Class Schedule

SUP Board and necessary equipment provided.

 

 

SUP FIT sessions are taught on our calm, semi-private lake.

 

Things To Bring:

  • Sunglasses and glasses float (can be purchased on-site)
  • Sunscreen and lip balm (waterproof)
  • Proper water clothing, bathing suit, swim shorts, quick-dry top, etc. (whatever you feel most comfortable wearing)
  • Water shoes (not required)
  • Lots of water
  • A complete change of clothes and towel
