Price Adjustment Policy
If you purchase an item from Frontenac Outfitters that goes on sale within seven days of your purchase, we'll generally be good sports and refund the difference. There are a few notable exceptions to this:
The item has gone on sale during a major sales event.
These events include Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, end-of-season, and other clearance sales. Unfortunately, some customers will purchase the more popular sizes and colours before significant sale events to ensure availability and request a price adjustment once the item goes on sale. To ensure product availability and keep things fair for all customers, we will not adjust prices for items purchased before those holidays/events.
Items are discounted with greater than 40% off.
Typically, when items are discounted by over 40%, we lose money on the product. No compensation will be offered in that scenario.
Price adjustments will only be allowed once per product.
All price adjustment requests are subject to approval by the Frontenac Outfitters team.
